Return Window: Items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Contact us at hello@reflectionvintage.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

Once approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label to ship the item back to us using the instructions provided.

After we receive and inspect your item, we will ship your replacement back to you at our cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
